Mr. JIANG HUAI LIN, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board— Mr. Lin holds a Master's degree of Software Engineering from Wuhan University. He is now a member of Shenzhen Youth Federation and the Vice President of Shenzhen Young Entrepreneurs Association. During the period from September 2000 to June 2004, Mr. Lin served as the President of Hong Kong United Development Group. Since July 2004, Mr. Lin has been serving as the Chairman and General Manager of iAPSEC Software Company Ltd. and was elected Director of the Board of CNIT in September 2006 , a Nasdaq listed company, and later he served as the Company's CEO and President on October in the same year. He was also the General Manager of Information Security Technology (China) Co, Ltd., CNIT's subsidiary back in January 2006.

Mr. Zhi Qiang Zhao, Director of the Board, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President —Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Inner Mongolia University. He has extensive experience in corporate operations and integrations, strategy planning and human resources management. From March 2003 to March 2005, Mr. Zhao served as Supervisor of Human Resources for the Foxconn Technology Group; from April 2005 to July 2006, as Admin and Human Resource Director of iASPEC; from July 2006 to August 2010, as Deputy General Manager of iASPEC; from November 2010, Mr. Zhao began serving as the COO and Vice President of China Information Technology Co., Ltd; from August 2010, he was vice chairman of iASPEC, and from July 2011, Mr. Zhao began serving as General Manager of Huipu Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Daniel K. Lee, Chief Financial Officer —Mr. Lee is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. He was senior investment advisor at Pine Capital, LLC. Prior to that, He was the chief financial officer of Nutrastar International Inc. (OTCBB: NUIN), where he implemented corporate strategy and branding, financial reporting, investor communications, and capital raising initiatives. He has a strong investment banking background, most recently with Roth Capital Partners, where he was senior China equity analyst covering five industries. He began his professional career as an analyst with two U.S. investment banks, first at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, where he worked on research projects, and later at Punk, Ziegel & Company, at which he covered U.S. and international IT services and outsourcing companies. Mr. Lee received an M.S. Accountancy from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and a B.S. Economics with concentrations in Finance and Multinational Management from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Yi Fu Liu, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President — Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Zhejiang University; he has over ten years of experience in sales and marketing development and planning. From August 1997 to July 2002, Mr. Liu served as Senior Sales Manager of Shenzhen Jingpinjia Electronics Company Ltd; from August 2002 to October 2008, he was General Manager of iASPEC; Since November 2008, Mr. Liu has served as the General Manager of Wuda Geoinformatics Co., Ltd, and from October 2009, he started serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of CNIT.

Mr. Zhi Xiong Huang, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President — Mr. Huang holds a B.S. in computer science from Hehai University in China and has over fifteen years' experience in information systems. He is currently a Director of the Shenzhen Computer Association and is an Expert with the Shenzhen Expert Association, a nonprofit organization. Between July 2001 and March 2002, Mr. Huang served as the General Manager of product development of Shenzhen Runsheng Information Systems Company Ltd.; from September 2002 to October 2006, Mr. Huang has also served as a Deputy General Manager of iASPEC, where he supervises iASPEC's research and development activities and consults on various types of sophisticated, technical issues; since January 2006, he has served as the Vice President of the Company's subsidiary, China Information Technology Co., Ltd.; from December 2008, Mr. Huang was appointed CTO of China Information Technology Co., Ltd. and later became General Manager of Shenzhen Zhongtian Technology Development Co., Ltd. from November 2010.
